At PHONEFIX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics and repair tools; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
Initiate a Request
Log into your PHONEFIX account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the item in its original box, ensuring all components and tools are included, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton.
Ship the Item
Send your package to our quality control center using a trackable shipping service; we recommend keeping your tracking number until the return is fully processed.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
